The atlases
Four directories.
One editorial standard.
We publish a small number of reference directories, each maintained to a single set of editorial principles. Focus is the strategy: a smaller library, held to a higher standard, achieves the depth and accuracy that a sprawling network never could.
Hot Springs Atlas
The hot springs
of America.
99 verified hot springs across 31 states. Each entry classified by access type, amenity profile, water temperature, mineral composition, and seasonal availability.
Waterfall Atlas
The waterfalls
of America.
50 documented waterfalls — height, flow rate, season, trail access, and photographic verification. The reference directory for North American falls.
UPick Atlas
America's u-pick farms.
66 working u-pick farms across 50 states. Crop profiles by season, family-friendly access ratings, opening hours, photography of the operations themselves.
Aurora Atlas
Where to see
the northern lights.
The reference directory for aurora-viewing destinations across Norway, Iceland, Finland, Sweden, Canada, and Alaska. Site profiles, optimum-season notes, accommodations.
Why so few
Depth over breadth.
A directory only earns trust when it is verified, photographed, and reviewed continuously. That work does not scale to twenty verticals. So we maintain four — chosen for the gap they fill, not for the size of their search market — and we hold each to the same standard the next.
